York Child Contact Centre offers an excellent service to parents when relationships have broken down. We provide a safe and welcoming venue where children can maintain and re-establish a relationship with their non residential parent.
The Supported Child Contact Service was originally set up by the WRVS in 1990 which York FMS took over in 2003. York Supervised Child Contact Centre was set up in 2004 which offers a more comprehensive service to families where the safety of the children is an issue. The two services amalgamated in 2010 and are run from Bintay House, 13 York Road, Acomb, York. The Centre is part of York Family Mediation Service.
We are an accredited member of, and affiliated to, the National Association of Child Contact Centres.
